Our Patrol Services provide qualified personnel that will perform special Opening or Closing functions, Physical Checks, and Drive-By Checks at your property as frequently as necessary. An extensive training program provides our personnel with the expertise required to handle the full range of security issues that may arise.
Our Patrol Officers will physically check the perimeter of your property and buildings, check gates, fences, doors, and windows to insure that the property is secure. This service can be provided for residential, commercial, or industrial customers. We provide a definite level of security that discourages criminals from targeting your property.
A strong advantage that Tri City Patrol, Inc. has is that we have the ability to provide our own 'back-up' of Officers. This means that if an Officer at one of our patrol sites needs assistance, or has an emergency situation, he or she can notify the Tri City Patrol, Inc. Dispatcher on duty of the situation, and additional Patrol Officers will immediately respond to the on-site Officer's needs. This provides added coverage to our clients (at no extra cost), and increased Officer safety.
What will Mobile Patrols do for you? The objective of this service is to provide our customers with total "peace-of-mind," a sense of securing knowing that their properties are being looked after when they are not there. With the dramatic increase in crime, it is a measure we all must take to insure the safety and security of our homes and businesses.
How does a Patrol Service work? Tri City Patrol, Inc. will complete the contracted number of patrols agreed upon, daily and weekly. In completing the checks of your property, we make certain that all areas of the property have been checked and are secured as they should be. The Security Patrols are done on a random basis from night to night, so as not to give the criminals a set time for us to be on the property.
On-Site Security Officers
An On-Site Security Officer is a Security Officer who is situated at one site or one location. The advantage of an On-Site Officer is that you have a dedicated service and you are providing 100% visible security the total time that the On-Site Officer is on duty. The disadvantage is that it can be costly. It is important to analyze the costs verses the benefits when considering this security option over the Mobile Patrol.
The On-Site Security Officer provides a high-visibility security presence ideal for nighttime inspection of your property and grounds. During the hours of duty, an On-Site Security Officer on patrol helps minimize the occurance of damage or theft to your property, and provides a quick response to disturbances of the peace.
While on duty, the On-Site Security Officer can lock and unlock your pool area, clubhouse, laundry rooms, or other designated areas. The Officer can also ensure that the pool area is utilized solely by residents and their guests, and that the area is not used after-hours. Other functions of the On-Site Officer: conduct light checks, parking enforcement, response to complaints, general security of the property, etc.
Our On-Site Security Officers are fully trained for a variety of duties. All Officers are in radio contact with our 24-hour Dispatch Center. Regular walking patrols of the premises and grounds are made with physical checks of doors, windows, and any other areas required to insure security.
All On-Site Security Officers are licensed through the State of California, Department of Consumer Affairs, Bureau of Security and Investigative Services. They are trained not only in security, but also in public relations, to ensure that they are approachable and responsive to every persons needs.
Key Benefits of On-Site Security Officers include:
- Unbeatable coverage and response times.
- Highly visible Officers deter and prevent crime.
- Perform time-saving lock-ups on property so you don't have to.

Communications Center and Dispatch Station
The heart of every security operation is its Communications Center and Dispatch Station. While other Security Companies maintain contact with clients, field officers, and emergency services via an answering machine, a tape message center, or an answering service, WE DO NOT! We believe it is important for our clients to speak with live personnel.
We at Tri City Patrol, Inc. believe that a responsible security firm needs a dedicated 24-hour per day, seven days per week Communications Center and Dispatch Station. It is critical to have an actual trained security dispatcher on the other end of the phone when you call. Our Communications Center and Dispatch Station logs all calls and dispatches Officers to the point of need.
Remember, at Tri City Patrol, Inc. you are always connected to our Communications Center when you call for assistance.
